Even after receiving the items, if not satisfied, you can return the item or exchanged within the period of 30 days from the time it has been shipped to you.

Return, exchange or resize to personal engrave ring or other item is subjected to total discretion of De Aritz. It can only be returned if possible (with the exception of special orders).However, the engraving charge/fees is non-refundable.

The recipient or the customer will bear the return shipping cost/charge as well as the insurance fees.
Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once an item is returned to us, it goes for usual quality check and inspection. It may take 7-10 business days for the credit to return in your account. The time-frame begin from the moment we send you an email, confirming we have received your item and it is returned to our inventory.
